Integration Approach​

HHA Sports uses the WordPress + BigCommerce headless pattern:

  1. Product Data: Synced from BigCommerce to WordPress via API (daily cron or manual)
  2. Product Display: WordPress pages with Elementor-built templates
  3. Cart & Checkout: Handled entirely by BigCommerce (embedded via shortcodes)
  4. Customer Accounts: WordPress user accounts linked to BigCommerce customers
  5. Order Management: Processed and fulfilled in BigCommerce
